"We started caspirovena because Australian businesses deserved better access to practical scaling strategies. Six years later, we're still learning alongside our community."

The Beginning

Founded on Real Business Challenges

caspirovena began when Ezekiel Morrison noticed a gap in practical business education across Australia. Too many scaling programs focused on theory without addressing the real challenges small to medium businesses face daily. Working from a shared office space in Armadale, our first programs were built around direct feedback from local business owners who needed actionable strategies, not abstract concepts.

Expansion Phase

Growing Through Community Feedback

By 2022, word-of-mouth recommendations led to our first major expansion. We moved to our current location and developed specialized tracks for different industry sectors. What surprised us most was how businesses wanted peer learning opportunities – not just instructor-led sessions. This insight shaped our community-centered approach that continues today.

Looking Forward

Building Australia's Business Learning Hub

Today, caspirovena serves as more than an education platform – we're building a comprehensive resource hub where Australian businesses can access practical scaling strategies, connect with peers, and develop sustainable growth plans. Our upcoming programs launching in late 2025 will introduce mentorship matching and regional business networks across Western Australia.
